Only to reply to your request and, where relevant, prepare a service proposal. We do not send marketing messages or share the data for other purposes.

Your consent and pre-contractual steps taken at your request. Data is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the applicable legal period, or until you ask for it to be deleted.

Recipients

Data is processed through the site hosting service (Netlify) and the email service, acting as processors.

Your rights

You can access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and request portability, by writing to contact@raquelsanmartin.com. You may also complain to the Portuguese Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) or the Spanish Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD).
